KIPP has expanded its range to include A4 stainless steel cam levers for use under extreme conditions. These new high-duty operating parts impress with high corrosion resistance and reliable functionality - even in salty, wet and aggressive environments. Typical application sectors are the chemical industry, shipbuilding, the offshore sector and foodstuff, pharmaceutical and medical technologies.
Reliable clamping - quick and gentle
Cam levers enable tool-free, torque-free clamping. The clamping force is generated by a cam that guides the thrust washer linearly onto the component. This protects sensitive surfaces and simultaneously ensures high repeat accuracy.
The advantages are particularly evident with frequent operation: Components can be rapidly clamped and released, the clamping force can be individually adjusted and remains constant over many cycles.
